Our spa and treatment area is a veritable cocoon of wellbeing and softness, equipped with 10 treatment rooms, of which 3 are couple treatment rooms, where you can let your stress melt away in the hands of our therapists.
We have chosen the know-how of the Cinq Mondes; the perfect balance between refined, high-tech treatments and an experience with aromatherapy and essential oils’ energy.

A new technology for your body.
At Spa d’Opale, discover your new ally for fitness and slimming, the infrared and vacuum recumbent bike INFRABIKE, an ultra-complete device that allows you to burn 4 times more calories than during a traditional sports session, since this technology allows you to burn 1000 calories in 30 minutes.
Comfortably lying in the living space, wrapped in a neoprene skirt, you pedal in weightlessness to reduce your effort. The action of the infrared, associated with the vacuum technology, helps to burn fat, detoxifies the body, but also produces therapeutic effects on pain, stress and sleep.

For our customers: Access to all spaces at no extra charge. You can access the Spa directly from the elevator located at the end of your hallway. A bathrobe and slippers for going down to the Spa are available in your room.
For outsiders: Access to the wellness area and the Spa subject to the purchase of a treatment of 60 euros minimum.
